师从知名学者项秉仁教授，获得同济大学博士学位，并任教于该校建筑系。具有积极的创作态度和扎实的学术根基，先后发表论文二十余篇，获得中国建筑学会建筑设计一等奖、教育部优秀工程设计一等奖、中国勘察设计协会二等奖、上海市建筑学会建筑创作优秀奖、Archdaily全球年度大奖、香港建筑师学会两岸四地建筑设计大奖金奖、WA中国建筑入围奖等国内外重要奖项十余项，作品发表于《建筑学报》、《世界建筑》、《建筑技艺》、DOMUS（中文版）、CASABELLA、AW（韩）等国内外专业期刊媒体。

好的项目不只是一个产品，我们用研究的态度对待每一个设计，让建筑获得更多的社会价值和人文价值。
教育:
Mr. John Chan, founder of DCA studio, received his Ph. D from College of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tongji University, where he currently lectures. He leads the extensive research process during design phase. He believes design is not merely a product and research is the key to enable design adding more social and cultural value to each project. He has been granted as visiting scholar to Japan by Tadao Ando Foundation. John has participated numerous projects and received many awards. The project Museum of Anhui Art School has received award from the Architectural Society of Shanghai in 2015. John holds Master degree in Architecture from Southeast University and Bachelor of Architecture from Chongqing University.
陈剑如先生，先后就职于中国建筑东南设计研究院、天华建筑设计有限公司、德国KOOPX建筑设计咨询公司、拥有多年建筑设计管理经验。2005年获得天华突出贡献奖，2008年获得国家一级注册建筑师资格。多年从业经历在上海、浙江、江苏有多项建成项目。
感言：
设计是一种平衡，需要不断地在逻辑与体验中寻求一个奇点；
设计是一种结合；需要不断结合各方的智慧火花；
设计更是一种情感；像孕育生命般照顾其生长成熟并收获快乐。
教育:
Mr. Jerry Chan has almost 20 years’ experience in architecture field. He considers design reflects the beauty of “balance” and he constantly looks for the magic crossing point between logic and personal experience. Prior to DCA, he was leading architect in German koopX Architects (Shanghai), Tianhua Architecture Planning & Engineering (Shanghai), Architects & Engineers of Southeast University (Nanjing). Jerry has completed many projects in Yangtze River Delta. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Chongqing University.
付娜女士，曾任阿特金斯资深主任建筑师，并先后就职于杰盟和日清等知名外企，具有丰富的设计和项目管理经验。她所涉略的大型建筑项目包括城市酒店和度假酒店、办公、商业及综合体等，多次深度参与、全程跟进多个建成和在建项目，从概念方案到施工配合直至建成的全过程。尤其在设计总包、协调和管理方面具有实战体会，包括配合业主报批、招投标、材料审核、工地跟踪、管理分包设计方，并在团队、流程和合同管理方面积累了较为系统的心得。
感言：
成熟的设计应能传达给人们新颖、愉悦、健康和舒适体验，并带来好的生活方式和好的投资回报。
建筑师需要善于协调整合各种资源，团队合作推进项目，总结设计、管理和项目的经验并流程化，从业主的角度出发，结合专业技能和管理技能服务业主直至建成。
教育:
Ms. Fu Na has a wealth of experience in design and project management. She has been involved and led large projects including city hotels and resorts, office and commercial complexes. Having been with the projects many times from the concept phase to construction completion, she has thorough understanding of all the processes throughout a project. She is particularly skillful in leading master-contract project. Fu Na believes that a good design would convey pleasant experience to users, and bring good return to the investment. Prior to DCA Fu Na has been with renowned architectural companies, including Atkins, JGP architecture and Lacime Architectural Design. Fu Na holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Chongqing University and is currently pursuing EMBA degree at Tongji University.
